Though Grinnell is an A rated company, they are very draconian when it comes to collecting their money. They finally sent me a final invoice for 2022 after year end commercial audit on May 9th. Final payment was sent on May 24th, but they had already sent it to a collection agency. The check to Grinnell cleared in early June yet I kept receiving repeated calls from the collection agency. This punitive method of collecting payment is why I'm leaving this review. There are plenty of other well rated insurance companies out there. I would go with one of them.

Personalized service, extremely helpful and friendly. So easy to just call them when I have questions or need to make changes. I havent lived in Grinnell for over 7 years but I still get all my insurance through Darren.

I had just gotten a policy through Grinnell in January of this year. On Friday, April 28th I had a car accident where my car was totaled. This happened after hours, mind you. By Monday morning I woke up to text messages about evaluating the damage, etc. They had a check cut ajd mailed to my finance company by TUESDAY! This is an amazing insurance company and I would and have referred family and friends to use them!
