The moment a homeowner fears your basement is flooded and you have no idea what to do. This happened to me on Christmas night. I filed a claim with my insurance agent and called United Services the next morning. Within a matter of a couple hours a crew was at my house, moving furniture, pulling back carpet and beginning the mitigation process. Being a customer focused professional I have very high expectations for service, status updates and clear communication. This company did that and more. So much more that my insurance adjuster commented on how responsive and honest this company is and that they will recommend them others as well. Should you ever find yourself in a situation like this, this is the company that you should use. Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for and I will recommend them to everyone I know. 10/10 for me.

I cant say enough good about this company. During the darkness of losing everything in our house fire Kent and his team brought comfort and order to the chaos. They listened, they cared, they kept us involved every step of the way. The work quality that was done was exceptional warranty on work was honored without question and handled with impressive speed. You will never be sorry you work with this company. In todays world its hard to find the integrity, honesty, and trust that you can put in these folks!!! 5 stars and beyond for Kent and his team!!!!
