Absolutely the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. First room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) but they fixed the problem with a little tree air freshener they moved us to another room a few days in and it smelled better and was a little cleaner but the manager and cleaning lady were among some of the most rude people Ive ever talked to. We stayed here for a week since thats what we paid for. There is not a free breakfast no matter what the online bookings say not even coffee because they refuse to fill it. I emptied the last of the coffee on a Wednesday night and went to get some on Friday morning and it was still empty

I had a wonderful experience staying here a couple of years ago when I visited Nauvoo, Illinois. Although this is a cheaper hotel, you really get more than your money's worth. The rooms are very spacious with a refrigerator. The hotel is also in a quiet location (although I had to walk a distance from the train station). Finally, the customer service was also great, as there was no hassle in getting a room. Rooms: Very spacious rooms with a refrigerator, large bed, and a good size couch. Very underrated hotel. Food & drinks: This hotel was next door to a Dollar Tree, so you can conveniently buy snacks and drinks. There is also a McDonald's that is within walking distance.

For the price charged, they should seriously upgrade/update/renovate the place. It's an eye sore and you definitely don't get what you pay for. Stayed at much cheaper places that were way better. Rooms: Rooms are falling apart, possible black mold, outdated.
