Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Fort Dodge

Loved this place. Jennifer at the front desk was fantastic. Made our experience so pleasant. Room felt and looked clean Bed was comfortable. Very quiet.

Beds were awesome n room was big!! Kinda noisy could hear everyone walking down hallways but was still a nice getaway

I don't know where these good reviews are coming from, we had a terrible experience. First off, when I checked in, and the girl at the desk told me the room number and there isn't an elevator, I told her that my husband has two bad knees and has a hard time with stairs. She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders! If it wouldn't have been late, we would have left. Also, the room wasn't clean and the tv didn't work, so the girl came up from the front desk to get it working. It took a very long time, I don't know why she couldn't have just moved us. Also, her appearance was more than unacceptable. And while she was trying to fix the tv, we got to hear her on a personal phone conversation that we didn't need to hear. Unbelievable!! Never again!! Rooms: Not clean, old and smelled funny.
