      image I would give NO stars if it would let me!! Horrible customer service, we arrived to an empty lobby to simply do a name change on account related to just being married. The lady behind the desk was absolutely put out to schedule an appointment 3 weeks later even though there was not one customer there. Three employees there, no customers other than me and my new wife and no one can do a name change with all the proper paperwork!! Weve had nothing but rude unhelpful people at Wells Fargo, so weve had enough, we closed our account after 17 years of disappointment!!
