The coordination of various meeting while our building was being built really helped us keep track of the project as a whole and let us order equipment accordingly. I was so impressed by the professionalism.

We were extremely happy with our experience and have nothing but positive things to say. To date, all of our staff and patients compliment our new clinic. It is not only beautiful, but also comfortable and extremely functional. We highly appreciate the work that went into doing this.

Allers Associates Architects, PC designed the Administration and Athletic Building for West Bend-Mallard Community School District. Allers did a wonderful job making the vision we had for the building come to life. They had done other projects for us in the past and we knew that they would be the right architects for this project. Through the preliminary design process, Jim and Terry took notes as they listened to the variety of stakeholders ideas for the building. They came back to us with drawings which we tweaked multiple times as needed. They were very open to our ideas and guided us to make the decisions that were the best for the structure of the building. Through the construction phase of the building, Jim and Terry organized the contractors and subcontractors. Although they organized everything and were the main contacts, they allowed me to interact with the contractors and ask as many questions as were needed for me to understand the building process. When changes needed to be made, my decisions were respected by all and communicated by either Jim or I to the contractors or subcontractors. Throughout our project Allers Associates Architects, PC were very easily reached. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly. Meetings were always well attended by Jim, Terry, contractors, subcontractors, and school personnel. The meetings were always well organized with an agenda of topics to be addressed. I felt that I knew what was going on in every phase of the project. We have been utilizing the building for two years now. We still have comments from students, parents, community members, and other visitors about how nice the building is. We play our middle school sports in this building and visiting teams always comment on how beautiful the space is. The business office is also located in the building and provides meeting space for people to use when needed. The building has met all our expectations and has provided us with more space to use for our students and staff. I highly recommend Allers Associates Architects, PC for any of your building projects. They are creative, innovative, and experienced in design and construction!

Allers Associated Architects, PC recently completed an interior demolition and remodel, along with a faade update, for Citizens Community Credit Union in Spirit Lake, Iowa. Our project scope included developing, and subsequently implementing, a timeless brand look that we can replicate in our other branches. This process included meeting with Michael Clausen and providing him with our expectations, understanding of daily operations and office flow, and touring both the existing and future branch to share our vision. The final plans did not only meet but exceeded our overall expectations with specific regards to design, functionality and utilization of space. Both Michael and Terry Allers were easily accessible, open to questions and quick to mock up change requests throughout the construction phase. They led bi-weekly progress meetings onsite, inspecting and documenting progress themselves. Each meeting they were prepared with change order options, potential costs and updated timelines compiled from each vendor to keep the project on task and on time. We found Allers to be: forward thinking, yet timeless and professional with design easy to communicate with and open to owners own ideas task driven and organized cognizant of our overall budget, providing affordable, quality solutions Allers design, along with our brand colors and selection of laminates and flooring, created a timeless, open and welcoming environment that our employees are proud to work in every day.
