        I came down to see my family and I locked my keys in the vehicle called triple A and they had Randys wrecker services come out. Brenda was fantastic! she was very professional show up in a timely manner and was very pleasant to have get my vehicle unlocked. So much appreciation for all the good work. Service: Car lockouts

        I respect all small businesses but when people are in a emergency situation not fair to take advantage of that. $800 dollars to get me and another person out a patch of snow it seems to high. Understand the weather and situation but $800 per person is to high. Next day a very friendly mexican person help me out and fixed my car without asking for a penny. Just want to say that in least of one hour they made $1,600.00 dollars. Not fair taking advantage of a emergency situation. They dont even deserve one star. Service: Car towing

      I’m sorry that you believe you were taken advantage of. The weather that you mentioned was blizzard conditions, no travel advised and the temperatures were below zero before windchill. The state and county plows had been pulled off the roads that morning, this was evening. You were stuck on the roadway which was a hazard. With the sheriff along, we had to use our plow truck to plow a path through the drifts for the wrecker to get through to be able to pull you out and we saw to it that you made it safely back to town. The price you were charged was not $800, and was a fair price for our two emergency vehicles to come rescue you in blizzard conditions with extremely low visibility during the Christmas holiday. In addition, two sherriff vehicles were dispatched to assist with safety of all involved and a tow ban was issued once everyone was safely back to town.
