        Customer for years, you would think a small business would be more understanding of situations. Customer for years but the first payment missed, turned off with no option except immediate payment. Might as well deal with Cox, if you can't get small town help with the smaller companies anymore.

As you said, we are a local company and a small business, and we take both matters seriously; we live and work in our communities just like our customers do. For years, we have gone to great lengths to work with any customer who face challenges of any kind. If paying a bill is the hurdle, we have many payment arrangement options.
