Had some blood work and paperwork done for my job. They specifically asked to keep the paperwork and that they were going to mail it to my job. Never got a confirmation if it was sent, had to call multiple times just to get an answer. My job never got it, and they claimed they mailed it the day it was due (I had done all tests 2 weeks prior). They also couldn't provide the registered mail slip as confirmation that it was sent. Very irresponsible staff. Why bother asking to mail it if you can't. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Had my son seen for an ear infection, sent us to pick up meds at a closed Walgreen and they were out of Amoxicilllin and never sent another prescription. Typical Iowa intelligence.

It is 7:46 I got there at 7:43. They said they are closed and the door has until 8 pm as does the google search. They refused to see my almost 2 year old son who has a rash all over and a very red throat!! If the door says 8 and so does the website they should have seen him!!!!

I gave two stars because I have visited 3 times. the first two were very pleasant and comfortable. The third I encountered an extremely rude nurse practitioner. Her name was Chris. I had NEVER been treated so poorly by a Healthcare "professional". She refused to treat me due to me being comfortable with her being the "Dr." to complete the exam. She said very abruptly "then this is over and you need to leave". She literally walked down the hall and talked about me as she returned to the nurses station. I will never return to this center due to the treatment and lack of respect from their nurse practitioner Chris. I am also making a formal complaint against her with Genesis and through the medical board of Iowa. Not once was I even asked about my symptoms. They just immediately wanted to complete an exam that I was uncomfortable with the rude General Practitioner completing herself.

Been here twice in last two weeks for totally different issues for kiddos. Jumping on to review because for the second time every single person we had was so nice, really talked to us and listened. Probably the most pleasant experiences at Dr office weve ever had! Eldridge lucky to have this offered and with very convenient hours.
