We were in a handicap room, but there were no grab bars in the shower. There were no services. We were there 4 nights with no housekeeping. Breakfast was provided, and I ate the bland scrambled eggs. The biscuits were great, but only provided on Sat & Sun. Walkability: There were dining options within walking distance

Terrible service. Pool is so over chlorinated, took our breath away just walking into the room. They don't keep towels in the pool area and when we told the lady at the desk there was no towels her response was "yeah" then when we asked for some she questioned why we needed as many as we asked for. Ummm, because they are the size of hand towels, and we are grown adults, that's why! They have an empty "game room" in the pool area that has a sign on it that says "open 6am-11pm," which is the size of an oversized closet. Since there were no games or anything AT ALL in there and it was only 7 pm, we thought maybe we could eat our pizza in there since we can't have food and drinks in the pool area. So we entered the room, and the lady at the desk immediately came in there and said, "You can't be in there. You have to rent the room." It literally says "open" not "see front desk for rental. " So we ate in the dining area in our swimsuits, and when one of the little ones with a sensitive stomach tried to grab a yogurt from the fridge we were told the yogurt in the fridge was for breakfast only! I know that it makes me sound entitled, but I've traveled a lot in my life and have never been told we can't grab an orange or a banana or anything like that from the breakfast area. The yogurt I can understand, but this lady just made us feel so unwelcome and policed for no reason. We were very nice to her and even had to pay extra for our visitors to be in the pool with us, but she acted like we were hooligans trying to pull one over on her. The rooms were dirty, and there was even a brown stain on one of the pillows. Oh, did I forget to mention that we were also stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes just for the doors to open back up on the floor we started on. Will not recommend this place to anyone. We were only there for 3 hours and were ready to leave.
