Pella Windows & Doors of Dubuque

We ordered a Pella sliding glass door with the imbedded blinds from a third party vendor. The door came in and we installed it, only then realizing that the mechanism to raise a lower the blinds on one of the panes was missing. I called Laura at the Pella Store in Dubuque and explained my problem. She was beyond helpful! After sending her the necessary info to get a warranty replacement Laura promptly got us scheduled to have a technician come out and replace it. On the scheduled day I received a call from our technician, Dalton informing me he was running early (even better!). Upon arrival he was friendly and informative. Dalton took the time to explain how the mechanism worked and how to troubleshoot and correct any future issues. After the service, Laura contacted me to make sure everything went as promised, which it did. The entire experience was fantastic! Absolutely will use them for future orders! They were all so professional and they contacted me numerous times to give me updates regarding window arrival, installation and satisfaction after completion. If you need new windows, you can't go wrong with pella. I had 11 new windows put into my home that were all great windows at a very good price. Pella is the best around the area. Can't be beat
