        Purchased a undisclosed water damaged camper from them. They never told us of this and found out through our Insurance company of previous water damage that totaled out the camper by the previous owners. And wont insurance it. They wont respond back to calls. Buyer beware. Check VIN number before purchasing from them. Check camper over really well before purchasing.

        My husband and I are so impressed with the experience we had purchasing a travel trailer from Couler Valley. We walked in with our kids one day just to look and sure enough we found one that we wanted. It was nice to not feel any pressure from the sales team, but know that they were there if we needed them. They did a full inspection of the rig and then they gave us a thorough orientation on how to run everything. We will definitely be purchasing from them again as well as recommending them to everyone. They are also very family friendly!
