We "happened" upon Mary looking for a home near the University of Dubuque and it was the best fit ever! Mary had great knowledge of the surrounding area and had the perfect amount of advice and opinions on properties and locations. She was right each and every time. When she found us the right property, she called within an hour of it being listed and quickly got us through only 3 hours later. We all agreed it was the right property and huddled to make the right offer with very specifically written offer/contract language. The home had 15 showings in 2 days and had @8 offers written. Our offer was accepted because Mary not only educated us on the comps and it's location, but took our goals into account as well. Needless to say the home is a perfect fit, great condition and since our purchase other homes not as nice or as big have sold for the same or more...
