Placed a call to ask about hot water installation. The gentleman I spoke with was condescending. I mentioned I bought a new A.O. Smith unit and he commented "this is what happens when someone who doesn't know what they are doing just make decisions from the internet". I spoke with other plumbers who said these are reliable units, they recommend them themselves, etc. I wasn't asking for a critique on my purchase, just a quote and timeframe for an installation. Didn't even get that far because of the attitude/tone from the gentleman on the phone.

Very impressed with this guy! He came on a Monday evening and quoted me a price $2800 cheaper than Mr. Rooter. He was able to arrange everything to be done on that following Wednesday, and it was a big job. Very nice, honest, and reliable. He was able to get the job done in a timely fashion and did a great job! Would definitely recommended! Service: Sewer repair

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I hate to admit, Im SUPER picky and hard to please at times. However, these men and the service they provided was ABOVE top notch!! Start to finish, just amazing work, and Im one of those annoying people who watched them almost the entire time too, lolThey arrived a couple minutes early, and worked cleaned, protected my hardwood floors and were very careful not to damage my trim or doors when removing and bringing in the new water heater. They cleaned up completely when they were done. Right down to washing off my back outside cement patio. I dont normally write reviews, but I am so happy with the work they provided, everyone needs to know how awesome they are!! Honest guys, competitive prices, in fact my end total was even lower than what he quoted methis never happens! Thanks guys for the quality work you did at our home!
