        Just today they were found to be practicing racism at their branch, in the year 2023 they need to do better. Arguably the worst bank in Dubuque followed by fidelity. Take your business elsewhere

        If I could leave negative stars i would. We were visiting and they rather rudely refused us the simple request of some change. Then the teller looked down his nose like we insulted him. I would never trust them with my money after this.

        This bank renews your CD at the lowest rate possible.  The bank makes it MY responsibility to contact them to find out the new rate and if I don't call within ten days they choose the lowest rate possible and lock my CD in for 13 months!  This is their policy.  It is unfair to the CD holder.  Beware of this bank and their unfair policies.
