5/5 would recommend working with Tiffany Oberfoell from Allstate and have referred several friends and family members to her already. When I was first out of college looking for my own car and renters insurance, I reached out to multiple agencies for quotes and mini interviews not knowing much about insurance. Tiffany was far and away the most personable and helpful person I worked with. She educated me on the different coverage types and answered all my questions to make sure I fully understood my options, even running me through different scenarios that were applicable to me. I never have felt rushed when talking to her or asking for advice when something related to my insurance comes up. Ive been working with her for a few years now, through a home purchase and several other occasions and have nothing but great things to say. She got to know me and clearly has cared about getting me the right coverage in every scenario vs being upsold to the most expensive packages to make sure Im protected no matter what life throws at me.
