Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Went to check in at 5 PM on a Friday only about half the lights in the lobby were on and they had a sign on the counter asking me to dial for assistance. I never made it to the room so I can't comment on that. I called Priceline to cancel and went elsewhere. Honestly if Priceline wouldn't have given me my money back I still wouldn't have stayed here. Sure you get what you pay for but this place doesn't even try to be clean, friendly, or welcoming. I have no clue how the ownership keeps their Econolodge franchise. My suspicious is they won't have it for much longer.

1 no continental breakfast they promised. 2 had to clean own toilet upon entry of room stay . Asked multiple times 3 tv never worked properly. Asked multiple times . Phone didn't work asked several times. Several times asked to clean the rooms never did . Terrible host and staff . Will never stay again

Terrible, walked in the bathroom there was 1 towel period. Blowdryer was grungy. Went to the office and got more towels and the washcloth was moldy. Also there was a chair outside our door. A person was sitting on it . No mask. Very disappointed with this.

On April 27th 2020 my husband and I booked into Inn around 10pm. The room we received was right next to a eoom with a dog in and the dog would not stop barking. The manager at the time moved us to another room. To my shock I noticed a month later that I was charge twice for a room. Called the help line and to date no one has reimbursed my money for the second room. The manager or the owner does not get back to me. Econolodge help desk was not help either. I am very angry with them. This is theft.
