We cannot say enough about the service received from Theresa and her staff! Our parents passed within 4 months of each other and we all live out of town. Theresa and her staff helped us plan the viewings, funeral and burial services for both of our parents from afar. They handled all the detail, provided assistance with difficult decisions and were compassionate during a difficult time . There was not a detail they did not address with us. When we arrived in town we were able to gather and honor our parents without the worry of what needs to be done. They had it covered. We highly recommend Hoffmann, Schneider and Kitchen. Had my mother's funeral here last spring and they were amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the services went great! And the presentation of the body was truly jaw droppingly excellent! Everyone, and I mean everyone, had tons of compliments to say about it. I've never seen any other place even come close to the quality of their work! The only single downside to this place is there is no elevator to the downstairs kitchen area if you have any elderly people who can't go up and down stairs then someone will have to bring them something up. But except for this one minor thing its a truly perfect place to use for your loved one's services! I fully recommend them as the best in the area.

I would like to thank Adam and his team at Hoffman Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home for the attention to detail, sincerity and thoughtfulness with my Dad's funeral. We expressed our wishes to Adam and he went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was taken care of and we didn't need to do anything. Adam and the staff of Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen were a pleasure to work with in the arrangements for my grandmother. They made her funeral service so easy and they were incredibly accommodating and compassionate. Their facility is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Dubuque area.
