I have been doing Kristas weight loss program and I am almost to my goal weight, with her help and coaching I have found the balance needed to reach my goal. Its not a quick fix its a lifestyle change that will help you maintain the weight loss, unlike the usual yo-yo dieting.

Dr. Grutz knows here stuff!! Had my labs drawn here and it was quick and easy. She did a great job communicating and providing me with information. They also sell a variety of supplements I regularly take at a good price. They have NAC! Worth checking out.
