        If anyone in close to relation to you has past due accounts or collections with this dentist, the receptionist will pull you aside before being seen to ensure payment can be made. Not only violating Dr. patient confidentiality but also stigmatizing patients with no association other than blood relative. Highly unprofessional and Im pretty sure illegal.
