I have no idea how this place has 5 stars. We went in on a Saturday night, my girlfriend and I. When we were seated, the hostess who seated us had no utensils left and had to go back to get more. The second thing i noticed was the menus were sticky and looked worn. The third thing was the table was extremely sticky and felt gross. the 4th thing was the utensils were dirty, thankfully i didnt have to use them. the fifth thing was they had tables facing tvs. One of the tvs had an infomercial about cleft lips being fixed and kids in surgery and parents crying. It was not something a costumer who wants to eat or watch sports wants to watch or look at. I dont know where the manager was, but i had to ask to get the station changed. Thankfully they changed the channel after about 5min. the 6th thing was the wait for food. We ordered some truffle french fries as an app, and waited over 20min for the french fries. FRENCH FRIES. the 7th thing was waiting for the entrees. over an hour we waited for a hamburger with chips, and a Reuban with sweet potato fries. Only once did the server stop by and say "sorry about the wait, we have something in the kitchen," and that was it. no explanation, or courtesy drinks or anything. no manager to come out and apologize. When the food came out, it was horrid. The burger was dry like charcoal. not medium well, or medium rare. it was dry and tasteless. The chips had no flavor. the Rueban was basically all sauerkraut and the bread had gotten soggy from sitting too long. When i was ready to get my check, when the waitress asked me if i was ready, she walked off and decided to help buss tables instead of getting my check and letting us leave. and you bet the bill was full price even though we had to wait forever for food and subpar food at best. I would sum up this visit with 2 words. Forgettable and regrettable. If you are looking for good food, clean tables, great service, and great atmosphere, do not go here.
