        Ive been going to Us Bank for a few years. I always got friendly service. But today was in the drive up at the JFK location. The lady who waited on me was rude she didnt ask me how I want my cash back, or apologize for the wait. She just cash my check and didnt say anything

        I come here everyday to do deposits and the staff and service is always great. I feel so bad for them when I see other customers treating them unfairly, yelling at them or just being plain rude for no reason. Im sure the staff knows exactly what they need in order to help you. Its not always that easy to get it though.
