Bright, clean atmosphere and friendly staff! I was trying to decide whether to make myself a cake for my birthday or to purchase. I knew if I was purchasing a cake, it would have to be from Nothing Bundt Cakes- I'm picky about cake and if I'm going to eat it, it's going to have to be good. I bought an 8" carrot cake for my birthday celebration and a mini lemon cake to share between myself and my two kids "just because". The mini lemon cake was superb. Perfectly moist and a very nice lemon flavor. We enjoyed the 8" carrot cake the next day with family for my birthday and it tasted good but was not nearly as good as I remember. In the future I will buy my lemon cakes here and make my own carrot cakes!

Yum, Yum, Yum! Always delicious, and I've tried almost every flavor. These are great for special occasions, office treats, or just a quick snack to bring home to the family after work. I've always had fast service with a smile. Glad to have this option in Dubuque with a great location.

Always friendly service! The cakes are beyond delicious! I like the mini bundts because they are so affordable I can purchase several so my family can each have their favorite! Also the other items for sale are so cute and reasonably priced. I love getting gifts there! One of my favorite shops in Dubuque!

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but they also take a modern approach for the world today.
