      At Pawsitive Strides, a Des Moines Veterinary Rehabilitation & Therapy Center, we are animal lovers through and through! Your pet is our highest priority, whether we are providing post-operative therapy or starting a treatment to improve your pet's overall quality of life. We will treat them as if we were their guardian pet parent. At Pawsitive Strides, our team will spend the time. You will be an integral part of the development of your pet's care and therapy plan, ensuring a cooperative effort between yourself and the care team! Our goal at Pawsitive Strides Veterinary Rehabilitation & Therapy is to alleviate pain and restore our patients to maximal function, improving their quality of life.

      image The staff and doctors at Pawsitive Strides have been spectacular. All are very skilled, knowledgable and gentle with the pets. Maisie began her treatment at Pawsitive Strides to help recover from a tendon tear in her back leg. With a few months of therapy/rehabilitation that included underwater treadmill, shockwave/laser therapy and dietary supplements, we were able to avoid a costly surgery that would be followed by a lengthy recovery period. Maisie is now walking and running with no pain or limping.

      image My 15 year old yorkie has the pep and energy of a much younger dog, due to the treatments and suggestions that came from the Pawsitive Strides vets. Everyone is so caring, knowledgeable about the latest treatment options, and easy to work with. They offer curbside service. This allows me to bring my younger dog, so we get a downtown walk while Miss Magic is getting her treatments.
