        Did NOT receive requested furniture pads, but was still charged for them Will never use U-haul ever again and will become U-haul's absolute worst negative advertising nightmare until I get the reimbursed funds that were wrongly and illegally taken from my bank account! Calling my attorney right now to see about starting a class action against U-haul for all illegally charged accounts because I can't be the only victim over the years

        I love renting from U-Haul, the price for renting a really nice brand new pickup truck is only $19.99 a day! You have to really watch your mileage because extra mileage fees are pretty high and they don't offer unlimited mileage but they did negotiate on the cost of overage fees for us!
