        At this location their parking is awful and their employees are not very friendly at all. The truck I rented was great but I dont think I would recommend this location to anyone!

        Great place to rent a car trailer!! They have everything you need! Very very pleased that they hooked up everything at the Urbandale IA location and unhooked everything at the Omaha 84th L St location. I did not even have to get out to do anything. Exceptional Customer Service at both locations!! We did set up reservations at the Omaha location and the guy who helped us (sorry did not get his name, dark haired guy) was polite and professional. Thanks for making this a simple and easy visit!! I truly appreciate it!!
