They don't follow through with their patients and lack anything remotely resembling good messaging. They told me, through text message, a week before my appointment that all appointments are now in person, but when they discovered I was upset, they magically said they could still do telehealth. They blamed the insurance industry for making a unilateral change, but also told me to call my insurance and make sure they still offer telehealth coverage. (Their answers were all over the place) They also claimed they called "everyone" a year ago, but I have no recollection of this call. For the sake of argument, if they had called (I don't believe they did), why would they expect anyone to remember a call from a year ago and still feel the need to text the same people and tell them they no longer do telehealth This is on top of a lack of follow through from my medic specialist and ridiculous mark up on their supplies (you can buy the supplies directly for a fraction of what DSM Sleep charges). For all that they're charging, what is the value/benefit we are supposed to be receiving? Definitely not in short notice text messages (is it really that hard to pick up a phone?), forcing you to contact your insurance company, or not following up on promises/expectations.

Michael F. did an amazing job working with Preston to have his sleep study. This is Preston's 4th sleep study, and Michael has done each one of them. Michael really knows how to keep Preston engaged while hooking all the wires up. DSM Sleep Specialists has been amazing over the years and has helped change our lives for the best. THANK YOU!!!
