Very poor service compony. They are just service compony who get paid by owners. Over charge me over 800 $ , even i show bank statment showing money was taking. Lady misty use any chance to false accuse you. Be careful if you comunicate with her , make sure is recorded, she lie , accusing people to threating her. Bottom line they are just service who can and should removed by owners , who can choose, any other compony. Poor communication , fill with hostality , again record everything when you comunicate with them. Make sure you 3 person present . Organization of lies , cheats, stealing.

First of all I want to thank the two ladies that helped me at the front desk at the main office. I would like to first say that I understand why there are so many homeless. When I first came to DSM I never thought that my journey was going to be so bad! I did everything that was expected of me. I called and called with no response for almost TWO weeks. Finally called the main office then the next day I called the "manager" and she was rude all I said was just give me a yes or no and she proceeded to tell me that she has plumbing problems in a unit and power problems in a unit. Ok! NMP! I at this point said just give me yes or a no very rudely she said NO. I said why did it take so long and she said that we had to search the whole United States. Really! Well Collin properties I'm very disappointed in the company. Part of being a manager is sensitivity training be a people person. I'm not saying that she was wrong I'm just saying that she needs more training. In the meantime I'm 70 years old,I'm sleeping on a couch and wearing out my welcome! Thank you for your help anyway! FYI there are some things that one can't change in the credit bureau.

900 Sherrylynn Blv INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! THE WHOLE BUILDING, Left voicemail after voicemail NEVER get a call back!!! This place is sick dont ever rent here, cant wait to get out!! I cant sleep at night because Im scared the roaches are going to crawl all over me and my kids, I hate this place so much!! So much stress!! Look at this dead mouse in the hall thats been there for 2 weeks WOW
