Walgreens Pharmacy

This is the Walgreens at Indianola & Park Ave. Made an appointment for a couple vaccinations. They had no record of the appointment, then told me they had neither on hand. Then someone said they had 1 but they do not accept my insurance for vaccinations. I said it didn't say that on the website, a man rudely said it says takes most insurances. Well maybe you should say what you don't take so I don't waste my time making an appointment, coming there, and then you being rude to me. One reason I quit going for prescriptions, and now a huge reason I will never spend another dime at a Walgreens! I will spread this message to everyone I know and anyone I hear talking about your business!

I needed help from the pharmacy associate and she looked at me bewildered for interrupting her being on her phone and still huffed and puffed about having to come show me something. I wasnt even greeted when I came back to the pharmacy area at all. Not all Walgreens are created equal because I normally use the one that is closer to my house and they are great. Shame on this Walgreens service.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and stocked well.
