        James is an absolutely AMAZING trainer! He is great at keeping workouts unique, challenging, and as much fun as you can have pushing yourself harder than you thought possible. HIGHLY recommend!!

        I was probably 56 years old when I started training with James. We worked around my sore knees and I have to say that in all the time we work together Ive never been hurt. Given that my co-pay is $25 and I saw the physical therapist for maybe 4 to 6 minutes a shot and my money with James got me a half hour or more the value both monetarily and in gaining strength and fitness is exceptional. The fact that hes kind and patient and challenging and competent and smart doesnt hurt either.
