My wife and I weren't necessarily ready to purchase a home at this point in time. However, we stumbled across the perfect property in the perfect location and decided the property is where we want to spend the rest of our lives. We were put on the spot by the listing agent and had 12 hours to make an offer. Dan took out phone call at 11pm on a Tuesday night and stayed on the phone with us til the wee hours of the morning to get us in a position to make an offer. That is so far above and beyond what we could have ever asked for anyone to do for us. Communication throughout the whole process was smooth, seamless, and effortless while retining nothing but the highest level of professionalism. Dan listened to our questions and concerns and advised us with multiple options at every turn. We felt Dan truly had our best interests in mind and put absolutely zero pressure on any decision we made at any point. We will be forever grateful for having Dan on our side and being able to work with him to put us in out forever home. I know it may be "just another day" for Dan, but for us, this was the biggest decision of our lives, and Dan helped make our dreams come true.
