        If I could give a rating for this business based on one person, loan officer Josue Prado would get 5 stars. He has helped me through a new car loan, a fraud alert, and a HELOC. I'm not a fan of numbers, balancing my checkbook, or making a budget. But he is professional and personable. I can't in good conscience give 5 stars because the parking lot isn't great and there's usually a line in the lobby. However, the lot is not the fault of the business, and the line shows the number of people who choose to use this service; much like a waiting list at a restaurant means the food and service must be great. I will continue to go back to Ingersoll Veridian.

        veridian credit union Ingersoll I am very grateful for Josue Prado's professionalism and patience at the Ingersoll Branch. I ran into an online scam. I tried to get help with it over the phone via customer service But that became very frustrating. I showed up at the Ingersoll branch very upset. Jose took the time to stay after hours to help me he was very patient knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to help resolve the issue and clarify my confusion. Thanks again keep up the great work Ingersoll Branch
