Chris is hands down one of the best real estate agents I've worked with! He truly is great for either investment-minded buyers or buyers searching for their dream home, which is not usual. We were investment-minded buyers and Chris was instrumental with his knowledge about the different neighborhoods and rents in the Des Moines area. The thing that really made him stand out was his assertive professionalism and tenacity in dealing with what turned out to be a very difficult lender. Chris is the agent you want on your side!

I want to say a big thank you to Chris Chiaramonte for helping us buy and sell our homes. From the very beginning, Chris was super dedicated to helping us out every step of the way. He really understood what we were looking for in a house and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. We went from not looking to making an offer within a few days which I'm sure a lot of work for Chris in a short time but he was always willing to help and was ready to go. Chris was always patient and never made us feel like our questions were silly. He made sure we fully understood everything and gave us all the info we needed.
