Took them 20 minutes to make 2 protein shakes because they couldnt stop arguing very loudly about basketball, when we came in we stood there for a solid 2 minutes before they would stop arguing for anyone to take our order in the first place. Horrible atmosphere.

I never write reviews but I've had too many frustrating experiences here to let it slide. The food tastes good but it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is and for the service. The base price for the "signature bowls" starts between $17 - $20. After selecting your bowl, they have you select a temp for the meat to be cooked at and then require you to choose from a list of bases. With the exception of rice, every base (e.g. sweet potato rounds, quinoa, veggies, etc.) adds a $1 upcharge. By the time you complete your order with all your selections as prompted, you're paying around $20 per person. It's almost always the case that I then show up to the restaurant to pick up my food and something's wrong about the order. For example, the bowl I ordered today standardly comes with avocado which was surely counted when determining the price of that menu item. There was no avocado but I was still charged the full price. Oftentimes it's the case that they don't actually have the base I selected so they just substitute something else that they decide, at which point I end up paying *extra* just to not get what I selected in the first place. Bottom line: The food tastes good and they're pretty quick at making everything, but it's SO NOT WORTH the price or driving away frustrated and feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the frustration and eat elsewhere.
