This business is always ready to help. They were recommended to me about getting a cell phone screen protector for my phone.  I purchased the initial one and they replace it for me for $10 if/ when I break it. They are always quick to help and get it on right.  I walked in that day,  they were able to get me taken care of right away and on my way.

My daughter's iPad 6th generation charging port was damaged and we were not able to charge it. I called Tuesday morning for a quote and turn around time. Quote was $99.XX and turn around time 2 days. We decided to drop it off (around noon). before the 24 hour period, we received a email to confirm that it was available for pick up!  - so far no issue! I would highly recommend them.

I went in for a minor issue with my tablet. They fixed it within 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Granted it was a small issue but any place else would charge me for it.

The first time I stopped by I was greeted by two workers who were really nice and willing to help me with my phone. I came back a week later once my parts were ordered and I was greeted by a part time worker who just made me lose confidence in the little shop. They should train their co workers to treat their customers respectfully, review is more of that one bad experience but sure if I had gone when the older two gentlemen were there would of been a good experience. Wasted time driving there so rather find a place closer to me to fix my phone.

Terrible service. I was having some problems with my phone and went to CPR because I girlfriend used them 4+ years ago to fix her broken screen and they did a terrific job. So I take my phone in, the guy says he can fix the screen for around $135 and would order the part to fix my home button for another $30 bringing the total to around $165.He told me he would fix the screen today and order the other part and that he would call me when it's in and I could come back and have it installed. He replaces my screen on my phone and when I get it back the screen in all washed out. He tells this is not an original Apple screen but a 3rd party screen. It would have been nice to know that upfront because this screen looked awful. If I'm going to pay that kind of money for a knock-off screen I would have liked to known that upfront. I left the store displeased with their service but I became even more displeased when I found out that my phones earpiece speaker was no longer working. I went back into the store and told him that the speaker was not working now. At this point I am not only upset that my new screen I just paid $135 for looks like shit, but also I can no long her the other person on a phone conversation, and the fact that he didn't even test everything on the phone after putting it back together. He said he would take it apart and look at the speaker and I told him that if he has to open the phone back up that I would like him to put my old screen back in. He agreed to and refund me a total of $105. He puts the old screen back in and when I get my phone back the speaker is still not working. When I tell him it's not working he starts with the "Well since you aren't using our screen I can't fix it.. If you would have left our screen in I could have fixed it." Bullshit... You are the one who screwed it up when you took the phone apart the first time. I could see him saying this if I would have gotten a full refund but I paid you roughly $60 for labor to put a screen in then take it out because I didn't like it. You still made $60! The least you could do is give me back my phone in the condition it was when I came in! I should have known to turn around and walk out of this place the minute I stepped in door. It appears someone pained the walls and got paint all over the ceiling and base boards. It looks sloppy as hell and anyone running a business who is that lazy that they can not take the time to put up some type of masking so they don't get paint everywhere shouldn't be digging around in peoples cell phones. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
