Started working with this outfit in late summer 2021 and tried 2 of their non-surgical programs, neither were a good fit for me. The shakes method is just not realistic because the shakes taste terrible which of course makes you NOT want to eat and then when you begin eating real food again, you gain naturally. The staff is generally nice. However, I ultimately chose to have surgery done and did so out of state because Mercy charges $35k for their surgeries when other qualified surgeons in surrounding states barely charge $11-14k for the exact same surgeries. So Im glad I did my research and got a better deal elsewhere. If Mercy works with your insurance than great but if youre a self pay patient like I was, please do yourself a favor and research other surgical options within the US. Was really surprised when taking my mother out after being 10 days was given 5 prescriptions to pick up. I thought I had to go to my Walgreen s and do the wait thing. But no wheeled my mother to the vehicle walked back in to the pharmacy and all 5 were ready. Big surprise made the stressful day less stressful.
