It's bad... Pediatric hospital for children... the staff... They are racist... But there is no staff... Let them speak Spanish... And the lady in front of you says she doesn't speak Spanish and yessss.... Worse. Worst... Service... I dial and they don't answer my calls

I was referred to this clinic. I wasn't available when they called to set up an appointment. When I tried to call them back, the line rang and rang for over 20 minutes with no one answering. I finally gave up. Gonna see if our Pediatrician can refer us to somewhere else.

I have never spoken to a more rude scheduling person than the one at Mercy's specialty clinic in Des Moines. She doesn't deserve to be in customer service.

I never leave reviews. However, this place has been very disappointing to work with. Receptionist is terrible. Nursing staff wont return my call regarding my daughter. We feel so helpless in dealing with her case. Differentials for her symptoms have not been thoroughly explored and we have been unsuccessful for managing symptoms. If anyone has any recommendation for GI pediatric specialist please let me know.
