        Only leaving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. This is the worst insurance company to deal with. Run my bank account negative 3 times in a week just to tell me they didn't receive payment. I could save more money by not having insurance. An insurance ticket is $800. If I don't have insurance, I wouldn't be paying that much every single month. I might as well chance it with a ticket

        Their towing company is sucks. Their Servicer took forever. When they finally arrived, instead of a tow truck, they brought a winch vehicle. I contacted their servicer, they asked that I contact the insurance company again, to have them put in new request for towing. Since their first servicer was taking over three hours after a new request was send out, Progressive then requested a different towing company to come to my aid. Looks like they need a better and a caring towing company if they want business recommendations and positive stars.
