This insurance company provides excellent and hassle-free services and is responsive to customers, and I have had a very good experience with this company and I would like to have a permanent contract with this company. Great company. Trent was fabulous for us during a great tragedy of our house fire. Thank you very much for your loyalty and sympathy while we were at our wits end. We highly recommend this company. Love the Dickson Family.

I was given a quote for homeowners insurance. I was asked about my roof. I told the agent it was original. I was satisfied with the price. He told me I had to pay upfront for the policy. Once I received the policy I saw he had lied and said my roof was 9 years old when it was more like 28 yrs old. I know he lied bc he also put it was installed in 2014. I called and immediately cancelled the policy. I know that the policy would have cost a lot more if he would have put the correct answer. So they lied, had my money and won't release it for 14 days. I have never had such a corrupt situation. When I called to complain they didn't seem to care, if this policy had gone through and I placed a claim they would have called it fraud. You better read your policy, insurance companies can be corrupt.
