        My access to the Iowa Fair insurance plan lapsed and, as you well know, no insurance no loan. Worse still we were dealing with probate and buying on contract. After weeks of creative thinking for other agents the team at Ryan Clausen, specifically Christie Bell, had a plan within hours to meet the deadline, keep the contract during probate and better protection than last year. Good'on ya!!!
