      I'm so sorry you felt this way. The building is 103 years old and we are in the midst of reorganizing our inventory in addition to patching/sanding plaster walls, so dust which is always a fight is currently a brawl! The windows provide most of the light and it was just getting dark and we had not switched on for the evening light when you were here. Normally that is not an issue but today when you came in we (my assistant) and I were in the middle of taking care of my old kitty who isn't doing so great right now. I don't use that as an excuse for the mess or darkness you encountered in the shop, it is not the norm and I am sorry it was your first impression.
