I do the Aqua classes.they explain every exercise and they show us .There very very kind and helpful .You can go at your own pace and a great workout .Ive been looking for a gym with a pool for I have arthritis very bad and it definitely helps me .Very affordable .clean a lot to do check it out love it .

I have been coming to Genesis for over a year now and I cant tell you how much it has changed my health and attitude! I enjoy the Zumba with Shannon and the Forever Fit classes with Brooklyn and Kris! Brooklyn is a breath of fresh air!
