Great customer experience. Kind, friendly and super helpful. I ordered some casters and they were delivered early and were just what I was after. I would highly recommend.

After five weeks and three phone calls, trying to get an estimate. Finally the receptionist was the only one who was willing to take my concerns directly to someone who mattered. They were slow to give me a price and then slow to order could not get them to take a credit card over the phone so I had to mail them a check which delayed the entire process at least another week, they charged me $2250. some odd dollars for a three hour install, they finally arrived one month late and three weeks after I had already left the project. Ive been in this line of work for 29 years and Im not sure if they even deserved one star but I couldnt give them a half a star, as nearly every department failed in a very simple business transaction, I didnt care about the price. I tried to order it before the estimate process took an additional four days, The lady who answers the phone should be moved into management, and Im not really sure what to do with the rest of the upper echelon, they are obviously making enough money that they do not care about building relationships or delivering decent customer service.
