My experience on Thursday was great. The lady cashier was polite and we were actually laughing at a couple small jokes.
I went back the next day to return some body soap. Another cashier was there (shirts were on backwards), however not polite nor did this person speak to me. This person yelled across the store twice to complete my return.
Another person came and refused to return all my items. She said her name was Samantha and she was the assistant manager and it was against their policy to return liquid body soap. She was not polite, and lacked good customer service skills as an assistant manager.
I left, called another store and another assistant manager. He was polite with great customer service skills and I can see why he is an assistant manager. He refunded my items which allowed me to buy a few more needed items.
To the first lady from Thursday, thank you for your good customer service skills.
