If you're coming from a chaotic environment to get professional therapy help, this is not the place, because it's just another chaotic environment... with therapists. I couldn't hear myself think. Thankfully I found a little side room to fill out my paperwork in to get away from the loudly blaring television, that was competing with the equally loud R&B music piped throughout the WHOLE building, which I later found was so loud because the walls are paper thin, and it helps drown out conversations in other therapy rooms. Not an excuse and not a solution. Was hoping to be able to get away from the noise once I got into one of the rooms, but the music just permeated everywhere. Couldn't escape it. It was like going to a bar for therapy. I went there for help and came away feeling as though there was one less place I could turn to. I could see the instability of this place being instrumental in pushing an already struggling person right over the edge.

This place is a dumpster fire. Unbelievable that they call themselves mental health professionals. I had several red flag concerns initially but this takes the cake. I would not trust this business with myself or my childs wellbeing. The first instance where I shared a concern and I was met with rudeness and told I was in the wrong & that its a great idea to find a new provider. I guess theyre not banking on my ability to leave reviews with Google, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General . Wild to me that they could discriminate against me for the very behavior Im being treated for.

Carol Messink was a fantastic therapist for continuity of care I have requested my own records. They tell me I have to get a subpoena for my own records. Geesh!

They are unprofessional yelling around at each other. Not on time, and the music is so loud.

My cousin Asher went here and every therapist they had abandoned them. All the behavioral service workers sucked to. Their friend who I shall not name got told that cutting was okay and that they didnt have to tell their parents unless they needed to go to the hospital. And in therapy in general you are not supposed to have anyone back with u except the therapist but when my cousin went here they allowed me back breaking the privacy patients confidentiality law.
