I bought one of the first homes that Brooks Homes had built in the Des Moines area. I love the home and have no major issues. The builder resolved all the minor issues that i came across with in the first year. They continue to support me with any questions that i have had about the build. Although they are not a major builder and it scared me at first, I am glad i chose a Brooks Home as i am just not another number to them.
