        I had a Groupon for Chim Tech, and set up an appointment on a Sunday afternoon at 3 pm. We waited around all afternoon and evening, and no one showed up. We attempted to call the cell phone number that was provided to us, and no one answered. The following day, I called Chim Tech's office and left a message on their machine. In the 2+ weeks since I left that message, I have received no call back from this company. Extremely poor customer service. I would advise anyone against using Chim Tech.

        Chim Tech arrived on time and got the job done. Kerry was professional and took the time to educate us about our house before he completed the masonry work. They cleaned up after themselves and quickly got the job done in time for winter. I would definitely recommend this company.
