        Have some of the most unique, beautiful dresses I have seen at a wedding dress store. I loved the vibe of the place. I got to try on as many dresses as I wanted and actually said yes to the dress!Only downside was that everything was explained really quickly and I felt way too rushed.

        I worked with Michelle and she did such an amazing job! She took the things I loved and pulled so many beautiful dresses for me. She was patient, efficient, and happy to put me back into dresses when I was making my final decision. I highly recommend Bridal Boutique. My experience was so wonderful!

        This experience was not what I thought it was going to be. My party had to wait upon first arriving for 15 minutes. After finally getting back to our area we went to go pick out dresses. I was told even through my wedding was 10 months out that I would only be able to shop off the rack. This was not a problem at any other shop. There already dont have a large selection but these really narrowed it down. Ot should be noted that they also dont offer a discount for off the rack dresses. The dress that favorite out of the ones there had a hole in it and looked like it hadnt been taken care of. Towards the end of the session the stylist really pressured me to buy. Overall I dont recommend this shop.

        Bridal Boutique was wonderful to work with from start to finish! They were so kind when I was choosing a dress and I was even able to meet my dress designer. The alterations process was very simple as well. I would highly recommend using their services!

      Kaelyn, Thank you for taking time to write us a review. We are sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations. On Saturdays, we are usually fully booked and sorry you had to wait for your appointment. We send welcome emails and in the email we give tips and info for the appointments and we suggest not arriving more than 5-10 mins early to avoid a waiting time. We try our best to stay on time. If an appointment takes longer than planned, we always make sure not to cut the time of subsequent appointments. Regarding your questions about the off the rack gowns, the prices on the off the rack gowns are marked down prices with a discount range from 10-40% off, and that's why all the off the rack tags are different. Normally, we do not have a large amount of deeply discounted gowns in our store. We put protection gown bags on our bridal gowns, and often receive feedback from our brides that we have very clean and good condition sample gowns. For all the sold off the rack gowns, we will finish repairing and cleaning them before pick up, which most of the other bridal stores do not offer for their off the rack gowns. For your 9-10 months time frame wedding date, we wanted to let you know our designers ship time length (6-8 months) but didn't mean to limit your options only to the off the rack gowns. Based on the information on your form here, you have tried a good mixture of reorderable gowns and off the rack gowns during your appointment. Again, we are sorry that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations or if there was any misunderstanding. To offer the best customer service is our top priority.
