Great environment for the most part the personel is nice. Sometimes when it's not busy it seems longer-like waiting 30min. Now and still havent gotten to a donor bed. The bonus structure could improve. You get lots of people who come just for a new donor incentive but not much bonus for those who are consistent or already donors (referral and weekly) all in all its clean professional and I'd recommend but the desired improvements would bring and keep so many people I hate feeling like time is wasted and that should improve. Sounds kinda salty but I do like it here

It's about 2 hours in and out, which is awfully slow. Some of the workers don't seem to understand they need to place multiple gauze pads folded over to apply enough pressure to the needle site. I've had multiple failures. Seen blood all over the floor numerous times from other people needing a rewrap. Staff really needs to be trained to wrap it right the first time!

Not sure if I would get it done, but that fear of needles didn't factor in the way I created. The orientation is the only way to get the thought out of the way and the staff handled it as efficiently and well organized. Thanks for caring and see ya soon.

The staff here were so friendly, I appreciated their willingness to help. And Shanell was awesome! She was very Thorough and so Nice. Looking at some of these other reviews, I feel like people need to stop acting like they are just so perfect. Some of the donors I see this staff have to deal with, they handle themselves well. Great job biomat staff!
