If you have difficult and challenging estate issues Mr. Smith is capable of litigating and filing all the motions and papers and getting to the bottom of things.  I fired several attorneys who didn't even read emails in a timely fashion and were content with just waiting for their percentage.  Mr. Smith stepped up with the utmost honesty and professionalism. Other attorney's actually quit when they saw him coming.  He is the attorney you hope for and is well respected among his peers.

I used this law office to close my fathers estate and was very pleased. Frank is very knowledgeable and helped with a situation that came up in a timely manner. Both him and his secretary answered all questions I had and were willing to take the time to explain exactly what was involved and the steps. I would highly recommend.
